The product must be grounded at the earthing screw to establish a
potential equalization.
• Provide earth connection before connecting to the
AC/DC power.
• Fasten cable lugs properly with maximum contact surface.
Required material (not included in scope of delivery):
• 3 x M12x40 mm hexagon screws
• 6 x 13 mm washers
• 3 x 12.2 mm spring lock washers
• 3 x M12 hexagon nuts
• 1 x Connection cable
• 1 x Protective conductor
Procedure:
1. Connect protective conductor at APS carrier.
2. Tighten the screw with a torque of 75 Nm (Figure 79).
3. If MV skid is provided, connect the carriers with the connection cable.
4. Tighten the screws with a torque of 75 Nm (Figure 80).
