Replace Toner Cartridge or SMart Kit Drum Cartridge
The Toner Cartridge is near the end of life. The error is displayed when the machine encounters the
Toner Cartridge life based on a set number of pages.
Applicable Errors
• 09-200: Toner Cartridge Empty
• 09-400: Replace SMart Kit Drum Cartridge
Initial Actions
• Turn the printer off and then on again.
• If the problem persists continue troubleshooting.
