REAR BRAKE ASSEMBLY
1. Install:
 Brake shoe plate
1
 Camshaft
2
 Wear indicator
3
 Camshaft lever
4
Apply lithium soap base grease onto the cam-
shaft and pin.
After installing the spring and brake shoes,
take care not to damage the spring.
REAR WHEEL INSTALLATION
1. Install
 Rear wheel assembly
Make sure that the splines of the clutch hub fit
correctly into the final gear case.
2. Install:
 Rear wheel axle
 Washer
 Rear wheel axle nut
 Bolt
3. Adjust:
 Brake pedal free play
Refer to “REAR BRAKE ADJUSTMENT”
in CHAPTER 3.
