alent. After filling up, slowly
pump the fork up and down to
distribute the fork oil.

Hold the fork in an upright position.
11. Install:
S Fork spring

S Spring seat

S Spacer collar

S O-ring
S Cap bolt
D Before installing the cap bolt, apply grease to
the O-ring.
D Temporarily tighten the cap bolt.
FRONT FORK INSTALLATION
1. Install:
S Front forks

Make sure that the inner tube end is flush with
the top of the upper bracket.
2. Tighten:
S Lower bracket bolts

S Cap bolts

S Upper bracket bolts
