This section explains the connection of the 218IF with devices manufactured by other compa-
nies.
The network configuration between an Ethernet Interface installed in a PC/AT or compatible
computer or UNIX workstation and a 218IF Module is shown below.
The original application can be opened using the socket function in the personal computer or
other device.
