Connections to Linear Encoder from Magnescale Co., Ltd.
If you use a linear encoder from Magnescale Co., Ltd., the wiring will depend on the model of
the linear encoder.
SR75 and SR85
* represents a shielded twisted-pair cable.
SL700, SL710, SL720, SL730, and SQ10
PL101-RY, MQ10-FLA, or MQ10-GLA Interpolator
The following table gives the Linear Encoder and Interpolator combinations.
*1. This is the model of the Head with Interpolator.
*2. This is the model of the Interpolator.
