If you use a linear encoder from Magnescale Co., Ltd., the wiring will depend on the model of
the linear encoder.

SR75 and SR85
* represents a shielded twisted-pair cable.

• PL101-RY, MQ10-FLA, or MQ10-GLA Interpolator
