Here the length and cross-sectional area of the rock sample are input to the system for calculation
of the resistivity of the sample. The shunt is the value of the current measuring resistor (typically
a decade resistance box) that is set equal to the resistance of the rock sample.
Use the CRes function key to get an approximate value for the rock resistance for setting the
shunt resistor.
