To demonstrate how to determine the actual window times, we will use the 20 meter loop
parameters as an example: add the Tx delay (1.5 us) plus the antenna delay (2.0us) plus the
antialias filter delay (1.0us) = 4.5us. The first sample point after the Tx turnoff and delays is at
4.8us (4 x 1.2), so the first window will be at 4.8 - 4.5 = 0.3us. The next window will be 1.2 +
0.3 = 1.5us, then 2.4 + 0.3 = 2.7us, for the next window, etc.
