To find the window centers or beginning and ending sample points for the windows, just take
these values and multiply them by the ratio of 4 Hz divided by the frequency of interest. For
example to determine the window widths for a 2 Hz repetition rate, multiply the above numbers
by 4/2 = 2, so for the 20th window the center would be 2 x 3.852 = 7.704 ms, and the beginning
of the window would be at 2 x 3.449 = 6.898 ms, and ending at 8.606 ms.
