Squat back and down as if you are
sitting in a chair, keeping your knees
over your ankles.
Place Activ5 on the outside of your
right thigh, just above the knee.
Press Activ5 as you squeeze your leg
muscles.
Keep your feet firmly on the ground.
SQUAT OUTER THIGH PRESS (RIGHT)
STANDING
KNEES OVER YOUR ANKLES, BEHIND TOES PRESS WITH YOUR OUTER THIGH & PALM
