IP address
(Internet Protocol address) The address of a
computer attached to a TCP/IP network.
Jitter
A flicker or fluctuation in a display image. To “jitter a
pixel” means to place it off side of its normal
placement by some random amount in order to
achieve a more natural antialiasing effect.

Region Of Interest
ROM
Read Only Memory. A memory chip that
permanently stores instructions and data. Its
contents are created at the time of manufacture and
cannot be altered.
RS232 interface
Serial interface which converts computer internal
parallel information into serial bits, and vice versa.
