Description
This test checks the frequency accuracy of the E5071C test port output signal. The
frequency accuracy is checked at 50 MHz and 8.5 GHz with a frequency counter. Since the
E5071C employs a PLL frequency synthesizer for the signal source, the frequency
accuracy test at these two frequency points can verify the accuracy for the entire frequency
range.
