5. Place the bushing, spring, lower tensioner arm and upper tensioner arm on
to the pivot pin as you push the pivot pin through. Photo WA-31
6. Insert end of pivot pin into the frame
bushing and align the cotter pin holes.
7. Insert the cotter pin and bend over with
a pair of needle nose pliers.

9. Install the spring between upper and lower arms. Photo WA-34
8. Press the upper and lower tensioner arms
together. Make sure that the faces of
the nylons slider blocks are up against
