Default
Windows Font Cache Service Optimizes performance of applications by caching
commonly used font data. Applications will start this
service if it is not already running. It can be disabled,
though doing so will degrade application
performance.

as a Windows Installer (*.msi) package. If this service
is disabled, any services that explicitly depend on it
will fail to start.
