4. On the OSN module, gently pull the module's handle until you hear two click sounds
(see figure below), indicating that the handle has been fully pulled out, and then push
the handle all the way in again; the module undergoes a reset, indicated by the Hot
Swap Blue LED switching off.

5. Reset the SBA account on the Active Directory as shown in the screen example
below:

6. Install the SBA application on the OSN platform using the supplied USB Upgrade and
Recovery dongle (see Chapter 30 on page 217).
7. Connect to the SBA Management Interface (see Section 10 on page 71)
8. Complete the SBA installation and configuration (see Chapter 11 on page 79).
