5.2.5 - Authentication
The dialog box depends on the Connection Type:
Direct Access
Other Connection Type
The "Logon" section parameters are:
- Single Sign On (Active Directory): allows the AD Logon credentials to be used for this
session authentication. When this option is set to 'yes', the other logon options are disabled.
- Username: default value for the username field of the logon screen.
- Automatic Logon: set this parameter to 'Yes' to get an automatic logon.
- Password: available only if 'Automatic Logon' is set to 'Yes'.
- Domain: default value for the Windows domain field of the logon screen.
- Domain Modification Forbidden (not available for StoreFront): for a local authentication
(with the Axel Logon box), changing the domain name can be forbidden.
The "Application" section parameters (only for Direct Access) are:
- Auto Run: the program can be launched in normal mode or in seamless mode. (With the
seamless mode, a part of the windowing is handled by the thin client itself, and the true icon
of the program is displayed in the Axel taskbar).
- Command: the program path and file name of the program to be launched.
Example: %SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe
- Working Directory: program working directory.
Example: D:\
