Erasing messages
You can erase voice messages individually, or all at once.
To Erase Voice Messages Individually

Press
Play
.
The MFC sounds a two-second beep and begins message
playback. Each message is preceded by one long beep, and
followed by two short beeps.

To erase a specific message, press
Erase
immediately after the two
short beeps, or while the message is
playing.

Press
1
to erase the message.

to cancel.

To erase messages all at once

Press to select erasing all voice
messages (VOICE), all document
messages (DOC), or all voice and fax
messages (MSG.).
