Click New. The following dialog box will appear:

Type the name and fax number.

You can store a comment in the Memo field (up to 15
characters).

Click OK to go back to the Address Book dialog box.
Adding a new Group
You can set up a Group of people that you send the same fax to.

Click Group.
The Group Setting dialog box will appear.

In the Group Name field, type a name for your Group.

In the Stored Fax Numbers box select the people for your
Group Click.
The selected people will appear in the box under the
Group Name field.
