5. Inspection of door hinge
• Door hinge
Check whether the door moves smoothly without abnormal noise. If there is a fault,
please lubricate as follows. Wipe the dust off the door hinge and apply a thin layer of
lubricating grease. Open and close the door several times to ensure that the lubricating
grease is indeed evenly mixed and effective.

Select a safe place where there are no pedestrians or vehicles to drive for road testing
to prevent accidents.
• Door
Check whether each door opens smoothly. Check whether the seat slides smoothly and
is securely locked in each position. Then check whether the tilt mechanism of the front
backrest seat can be locked at any angle.
• Safety belt of the seat
① Check the safety belt system, including straps, buckles (tensioning devices), latch
plates, retraction devices, and tensioning elements for damage or wear.
② Check whether the safety belt is securely locked.
• Inspection of low voltage battery
If a plug-in indicator is installed on a low voltage battery, use the indicator to check the
condition of the battery.
• Accelerator pedal control
Check whether the pedal operates smoothly: it is not stuck or interfered with by other
factors.

! Warning
When the vehicle is parked on a fairly steep slope, ensure that there are no objects
underneath the slope to avoid any personal injury or property damage. If the vehicle starts
to move, apply the service brake timely.
When the vehicle is parked on a safe slope and the brake lever is pulled all the way
through, check to ensure that the parking brake is fully effective.
• Steering mechanism
① Check to ensure the stability of the steering wheel and ensure that it does not feel
abnormal.
② Check that the vehicle does not swing left or right or lean to one side.
