Inspection steps

1. Check the dust cover for damage or
deterioration, and replace it if necessary.

2. Check the split spring ring, split ring,
and dust cover clamp for damage or
deformation, and replace them if necessary.
/
Installation steps
1 - Front wheel bearing oil seal; 2-Front
suspension control arm; 3-Disc brake
caliper
1. Clean the front wheel shaft bearing oil
seal and apply lubricating grease. "A":
lubricating grease 99000-25010
2. Install the wheel side universal joint to
the steering knuckle, and then install the
three ball pin universal joint to the
differential side.
3. Tighten each bolt and nut to the
specified torque.

(b):55N·m(5.5kg·m, 40.0ft-lbs)
(c):43N·m(4.1kg·m, 31.5ft-lbs)
(d):43N·m(4.1kg·m, 31.5ft-lbs)
(e):175N·m(17.5kg·m, 127.0ft-lbs)
(f):175N·m(17.5kg·m, 127.0ft-lbs)
4. Apply sealant to the differential oil
drain screw plug. “B”: Sealant
5. Fill in the differential oil.
