Implementing MLD Group Limits
Per-interface and global MLD limits operate independently of each other. Both per-interface and global
MLD limits can be configured on the same switch. The number of MLD limits, globally or per interface,
is not configured by default; the limits must be configured by the user. A membership report that exceeds
either the per-interface or the global state limit is ignored.
