Vacuum fan not working
Check for blown fuse
Obstruction in fan
Replace fans
Peel edge out of adjustment
Refer to the “Peel Edge Setup” section of the
manual

Peel edge out of adjustment
Refer to the “Peel Edge Setup” section of the

Not enough vacuum on pad
Inspect for clogged or defective venturi. Replace if
needed
Venturi exhaust is blocked
Needs more air pressure
Label fails to leave the
label grid or label pad
(Air blow or Tamp)
Air Blow: Too much vacuum
Switch to Low on vacuum fans
Remove masking
Air Blow: Incorrect air jet pattern Inspect and correct
Air Blow and Tamp: No air blast occurs
Air blast time too low, adjust
Bad valve, replace
