Prerequisites
Thecontrollermusthavetwoavailablefront‐endportsforeachFCfabric,Ethernetswitch
(iSCSInetwork),andstandaloneFCserverthatyouwanttodirectlyconnect.
Steps
1 ConnecttheFCfabrics.
a ConnecttwocontrollerFCportstoeachFCfabric.
b ConnectoneormoreFCserverstoeachFCfabric,makingtwoconnectionsfrom
eachservertothefabric.
c ConfigureFCzoningtomeetthezoningrequirements.
IfyouareplanningtoconfigureFCinlegacymode,configurezoningtomeetthe
legacymodezoningrequirements.
IfyouareplanningtoconfigureFCinvirtualportmode,configurezoningto
meetthevirtualportmodezoningrequirements.
2 ConnecttheiSCSInetworks.
a ConnecttwocontrolleriSCSIportstoeachiSCSInetwork.
b ConnectoneormoreiSCSIserverstoeachiSCSInetwork,makingtwoconnections
fromeachserverto
thenetwork.
3 Duringthesoftwaresetupprocess,configurefaultdomainsbasedontheconnectivity
