10.1.6 Removing the 172-mm Fan Module
1. Place a No. 1 screwdriver into the fan module release hole and pull upwards on
the handle to unseat the fan (
FIGURE 10-4).
The screwdriver must be pushed down until it stops to release the fan lock.
2. Remove the fan module from the server and place it on an ESD mat.
