1.) Step on to activate Brake
2.) Raise up to release Brake
4-3-3-2 Swivel lock

1.) Step on lower side pedal to activate swivel lock with clicking sound
2.) Step on upper side pedal to de-activate swivel lock
NOTE: Wheel needs to be straight when you activate Swivel Lock.
