5-4-6 Advanced Information - Logging
The LOGIQ Totus logs different activities, errors and status while the application software is running.
Logs are written using MS SQL database. Logs for service are collected four ways:
1.) Type Alt+D
2.) From DOS Command line > gatherlogs
3.) From the Common Service Desktop, Gather Logs utility
4.) From the Windows Desktop, GatherLogs icon
NOTE: This may take a few minutes. DO NOT do this while customer is scanning.
Compressed zip file is found in D:\Service contains compressed log file.
