Resolve Agent Quarantine
LOGIQ Totus Resolve Agent Quarantine is available on the Service Desktop. Resolve Agent
Quarantine allows you to move the LOGIQ Totus out of quarantine after an agent update.

To resolve a quarantine in Agent Configuration:
1.) From Utility (second page) > Service > Utilities, select Resolve Agent Quarantine.
2.) View the information in Old Serial Number and Old Model Number.
3.) If the information is correct, select Submit.
