Remove trackball ring; open the trackball
housing and take out the trackball (refer to
Section 7-8-3 on page 7-22). Clean the
trackball with soft tissue and screwdriver
shaft.

Safe Probe Operation
Clean probes and probe cables and check
acoustic lens housing (cracks) and probe
cables. In case of mechanical damage,
don’t use them! Danger: Safety risk for
operator and patient.

Probe Air bubbles
To detect air bubbles in filling liquid, shake
the probe carefully and check abnormal
noise.
Probe connectors
Remove dust/dirt of all probe connectors.
Clean with vacuum cleaner if dust is visible.
