PLEASE READ THIS SECTION IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE OR REPLACE ENCODER.
REMOVAL -
1. Turn machine power on. Raise or lower spindle head to a position that will allow you to easily work on the encoder
(must be above the enclosures). Turn machine off.
