Notes:

l Make sure you use Hillstone transceiver modules for the optical ports on Hill-

stone devices.

To avoid dust falling into the SFP socket, you should place a rubber dust

cap (originally in the accessory box) over the SFP port.

1GE(SFP) Transceiver Module

To connect devices via the SFP transceiver module, use the optical fiber with the LC-type con-

nector. SG-6000 X series supports four Hillstone 1GE(SFP) transceiver modules, namely,

TRAN-SX, TRAN-LX10, TRAN-LX40, and TRAN-LX80. All transceiver modules are hot-swap-

pable.
