Noise Meet the following noise level for the installation site. The allowable level
is defined as the amount of image blurring is 0.2 mm or less in
photography at a magnification of 5,000x.
Allowable noise level (*)
75 dB or less (frequency
150 Hz) [C characteristics: 72 dB or less
(frequency
150 Hz)]
Ambient
temperature
15 to 30
C (
t = ±2.5
C/h or less)
Ambient
humidity
45 to 70 [%RH] or less. (No condensation)
Main unit
power supply
Single-phase AC 100 to 240 V (Min. 90 V, Max. 250 V), 500 VA,
50/60 Hz
3P outlet (grounding resistance of less than 100
)
Installation
area
800 mm × 1,200 mm or wider
* Allowable values of Amplitude/Magnetic field/Noise are specified based on the amount of
image blurring of an image.
In Fast Mode, scanning speed is different from that in other modes, so the amplitude of the
image may become large.
WARNING
: Using the system at a humid or dusty place can result in electric shock or
fires. For installation, prevent a place close to a sink or a humidifier, a
humid basement room, and a dusty or smoky place.
WARNING
: When connecting the main unit to the power supply, be sure to use the
grounded power cable that satisfies law and rule at the site.
Using an unspecified power cable can potentially cause electric shock.
Also, be sure to connect the power cable to a grounded power outlet.
If a grounded power outlet is not available for some reason, prepare a
grounded power strip or a conversion adapter. In such a case, be sure to
provide an appropriate grounding. Use a grounding wire with a minimum
core wire size of 2.0 mm. In addition, for connection use screws with a
minimum screw diameter of M4 and a thread count of 3. Be sure to plug
it in securely.
