(Note) The positions (No. 1 to 10000), SEL global data, error list and maintenance information are
backed up to the retaining memory (FRAM) in standard with no use of the battery.
As the positions (No. 1 to 10000) are stored in the retaining memory, it is not necessary to
have the ash ROM writing.
