The software automatically calculates the
Transfection Eciency and displays the results as
%Confluence and % Transfection Eciency.
Note:
The
Transfection Eciency calculation is based on the final measured confluence (Step 8
on page57) and the fluorescence area that is above the set fluorescence threshold value. To refine
the Transfection Eciency calculation, adjust the Threshold such that only the cells that express
at the desired level are included in the calculation (see step 5 on page61).
