Remove the plastic protection B, paying attention to the wing nut B1 and the plastic washer B2.
5
If the float switch C is in good condition and free of excessive dirt and the lever C1 of the float switch moves
without interference through its entire travel, proceed to check electrical continuity. Otherwise clean it.
6
To check electrical continuity, you must empty the tanks. Go to the designated draining area and empty both
the tanks completely.
7
Move the machine onto a flat dry area of floor.
8
Switch the machine off by turning the ignition key D to "0" and press the pedal E to put the parking brake on.
9
With the tank raised, there may be continuity in the float
switch as the lever C1 is very near the body C of the float
switch. You should therefore place a spacer between the
body C and lever C1 of the float switch to prevent them
moving closer together.
10
Electrically disconnect the dirty water tank float switch.
11
Unscrew knob F and lift both tanks to facilitate access to the connector C2 of the float switch C.
