D1.1 Connecting the chem-dose switch on the control panel
(optional)
Assembly
The CT 230 control panel is designed to take the optional chem-dose device.
1
Move the machine onto a flat dry area of floor.

Brake the machine by pressing the pedal to put the parking brake on.

Remove the control panel from the front panel of the machine.
4
Remove the plastic cap covering the hole provided for the chem-dose switch.

Mount the chem-dose switch with the gold coloured fastin towards the bottom of the control panel board.

Connect the red wire with the in series resistor to the gold coloured fastin indicated in the photograph.
7
Connect the yellow wire coming from the dashboard to the central fastin. This yellow wire comand the signal
through +24 V coming the red wire to the dashboard.
8
Connect the black wire to the remaining free fastin.
Reassembly
1
Remount the control panel, performing the disassembly operations in reverse.
