17 Unscrew the nut G8 to release the thermal cutout wires G7, power wire G5 and carbon brush wire G1.
18 If present, pay attention to the washer G9.
19 With a hook, raise the spring G10, press on the carbon brush G1 and extract it from its seat.
Checking the carbon brushes
20 If the carbon brush G is more than 8.0 - 9.0 mm long, it does not need replacing. Otherwise replace with a
new one.
21 Check that the sliding surface of the carbon brushes G (G = G1+G2+G3+G4) is in good condition.
