Place a piece of wood or a wedge D under the rubber tyred ring B5 to facilitate removal of the screws E.

Unscrew the four screws E fixing the complete motor wheel B to the plate F. Unscrew the screws in the back
of the motor wheel B first.

Arrange the power wires (red and black) so as not to hamper removal of the motor wheel.

Rotate the motor wheel B through 45° to remove it from the side walls of th e detergent tank. Remove the
piece of wood or wedge D and remove the motor wheel.

Rest the motor wheel stably on a bench facing downwards.
Reassembly

To mount the new motor wheel, complete the disassembly operations in reverse.

Tighten the screws E fixing the motor wheel B to the plate F with a maximum torque of 40 Nm (~ 4.0 kgm).
