Unhook the two clips F fastening the brake wires G to the pedal.

Remove the micro switch H by unscrewing the two bolts H1. For convenience, disconnect it from the wiring
by means of the two round red terminals H2.

Replace the pedal with a new one.
Adjustment

When the brake pedal E is replaced, or after using the machine for a long time, you are recommended to
adjust the brakes to guarantee correct braking.

Unscrew the nut I and adjust braking by screwing up the nut L blocking the brake cable M.

Screw up nut L with moderation and make sure the wheels turn effortlessly, otherwise reverse the process
by unscrewing the nut L.

After regulation, tighten the nut I blocking the brake cable M.
Reassembly

To mount the new pedal, perform the disassembly operations in reverse.

Adjust the micro switch as described in the following paragraph.
