NOTES:
LED OFF The drive board is incorrectly powered or faulty.
LED ON When the LED is on steadily, the board is functioning correctly.
When the LED flashes, there is a malfunction.
The drive board indicates one error only at a time, so when one error is resolved a different
error may be displayed.
NOTE
1 - 1
PAUSE
Fauly drive motor output - Overcurrent error
Drive motor draw problem.
The drive motor requires more current than the board
can provide.
Malfunction of EEPROM - main contactor -
board components - incorrect drive motor
voltage.
Check the voltage of the drive motor -
Replace the drive board.

PAUSE
Incorrect machine start-up sequence (with key).
Start the machine up correctly -
Check operation of the accelerator pedal micro switch.
2 - 2
PAUSE
Incorrect machine start up sequence (with key).
Start the machine up correctly -
Check operation of the accelerator pedal potentiometer.
2 - 3
PAUSE
Incorrect machine start-up sequence for more than 5 seconds.
Start the machine up correctly -
Check operation of the accelerator pedal potentiometer.
2 - 4
PAUSE
Malfunction of speed limiter potentiometer on the control panel.
Check operation of the potentiometer on the control panel.
Replace the potentiometer - Replace the board.

4 - 1
PAUSE
Battery voltage too low (voltage < 21 Volt)
Check actual battery voltage. Recharge or
replace the batteries.
4 - 2
PAUSE
Battery voltage too high (voltage > 48 Volt)
Check actual battery voltage.
Replace circuit board.
Thermal cutout temperature > 80°C drive
motor tripped.
Wait a few minutes for the board to return to the working
temperature. If the problem reoccurs immediately afterwards, check
the current draw of the motor.
