Appendix A iPRO-RC™ Series Banknote Recycler Troubleshooting
Reference Paper Handling
All JCM Reference Paper should be handled as follows:
1. Do not allow the Reference Papers to endure high temperatures and/or high humidity environments.
2. Store unused Reference Papers in their original Shipping Carton
to avoid exposing them to direct Sunlight and/
or bright indoor light. Ensure that the Reference Papers being stored are not damaged as they are replaced back
into their shipping carton.
3. Do not use Reference Paper containing damaged areas
that are worn, dirty, wrinkled, distorted
and/or discolored.
4. Use new Reference Paper for every 400 Units being calib
rated. Incorrect calibration errors may occur when
using Reference Paper that has been used for calibration of more than 400 Units.
