B.10 China Compliance Statement
The following China regulatory compliance statements are applicable to Kaye ValProbe
RT Loggers.
The specified applicable scenario, antenna type and features as well as control method
shall meet the requirements of “Micropower short-range devices.
No modifications can be made without permission to the following conditions: expansion of
the frequency range, increase in transmission power (including additional installation of RF
power amplifiers), and modifications to the transmission antenna.
It shall not cause harmful interference to other legal radio stations (stations), nor shall
intend to cause any harmful interference protection.
Interference from industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) equipment or from other legal
radio stations (stations) that are subject to radiated radio frequency energy.
If it causes harmful interference to other legal radio stations, operation of the device must
stop immediately, and measures must be put in place to eliminate interference before
continuing to use it.
Military and civilian radio stations (stations) such as radio astronomy stations,
meteorological radar stations, satellite earth stations (including measurement and control,
ranging, reception, navigation stations), etc., which are arranged in accordance with laws,
relevant national regulations and standards. The use of micro-power equipment in
electromagnetic environmental protection areas such as airports should comply with the
regulations of electromagnetic environmental protection and relevant industry authorities.
It is forbidden to use the category model remote control within a radius of 5000 meters
from the center of the airport runway.
