How to Perform Measurement
Resistance Measurement
Step 1. Press the View key and select the Meter View function key to display the Meter
view.
Step 2. Perform “Procedure 1 to set the output voltage before starting sweep output.
Step 3. Set the voltage sweep output.
See “Staircase Sweep Output Setup” on page 115 for the staircase sweep output.
See “List Sweep Output Setup” on page 116 for the list sweep output.
Step 4. Press the Voltage Source On/Off switch to enable the output. This turns the
switch green. And the voltage source starts output specified by the Voltage
Source field.
Step 5. Press the Single key. The specified sweep output is performed.
Step 6. Press the Voltage Source On/Off switch to disable the output. This turns off the
switch light.
Procedure 3 You can apply square wave voltage as follows.
Step 1. Press the View key and select the Meter View function key to display the Meter
view.
Step 2. Perform “Procedure 1 to set the output voltage before starting square wave
output.
Step 3. Set the square wave parameters. See “Square Wave Output Setup” on
page 118.
Step 4. Press the Voltage Source On/Off switch to enable the output. This turns the
switch green. And the voltage source starts output specified by the Voltage
Source field.
Step 5. Press the Single key. The specified square wave output is performed.
Step 6. Press the Voltage Source On/Off switch to disable the output. This turns off the
switch light.
Floating Low
With the default setting, Voltage Source Low terminal is connected to the circuit
common. However, it can be internally disconnected from the common for making
the floating condition.
