Front Panel Reference
Display and Assist/Function Keys
The Setup Integrity Checker panel shows the following information in the tabular
form.
Date Date and time when the noise check was performed
Range Current measurement range
NPLC PLC value (aperture time)
Ref. Reference noise level, variation in current when the input
switch of the ammeter is Off.
Target Target noise level, variation in current when the input switch of
the ammeter is On.
Ratio Variance ratio of Target to Ref.
Data logger This performs a simple sampling measurement with the specified number of the
samples and sampling period, and then stores the measurement result into the
data buffer.
If the #2 assist key is pressed, the Data Logger dialog box is opened. Set up the
following parameters in this dialog box, and then press OK (function key).
Samples Number of samples. You can set a value by using the
navigation keys and rotary knob.
Period Sampling period. You can set a value by using the navigation
keys and rotary knob.
Press OK to start the sampling measurement. The measurement result is displayed
on the Meter view, Histogram view, or Roll view.
Once a sampling measurement starts, the data buffer is cleared and stores the
measurement result. It can be listed and displayed on the Measure Result dialog
box.
The sampling measurement is performed with the following trace buffer and
trigger setups. Settings in the Trace Buffer Setup dialog box and Trigger Setup
sub-panel are ignored.
Trace Buffer Setup
• Feed Data: SENSE
• Buffer Control: NEXT
• Buffer Size: A value specified in the Samples field
