Operator’s manual ASTRONAUT
M-HE.002.1003
This display determines the position of the teat cups in respect of the zero
line (calibration).
The following screens display the measured values of the phony teats.
• degr (degrees)
Laser angle measurement. Resolution is in 0,5 degrees (61 = 30,5
degrees in respect of TReset line). The values in bold in the first screen
(61 scan 0) should be about the same as the value in bold on the second
screen (-61 scan 10). The allowable max. difference between these two
values is 2.
• Lmm (laser distance)
Laser distance = fixed 13 mm for I-software + shortest measured distance.
Laser distance = fixed 10 mm for U-software + shortest measured distance.
• Sc (scan number)
Sc 0 and Sc 11 are the same objects but scanned from a different
direction.
Sc 1 and Sc 10 are the same objects but scanned from a different
direction.
• Zmm (not in use)
• c (not in use)
• b (thickness of measured object)
"T Reset" value to be adjusted in this display (by means of this value the zero
line of the laser can be replaced to obtain the value previously mentioned).
If the laser operates smoothly, the adjacent displays show a value of zero. A
laser deviation can be corrected with the help of these screens. Always leave
this to your service technician.
An adjustment in the "X" direction means that the teat cup is connected more
to the left or right in respect of the position indicated by the laser.
