74 12. View data – Programming Manual
Limit L3: wheel vibration value within which balancing is considered
UNACCEPTABLE (vibration OUT OF TOLERANCE).
When limit L3 is exceeded it means there is an out-of-control
situation: an alarm condition (High Vibration) is activated with the
Vibration Alarm signal at output.
Acceleration limit: when this limit is exceeded, the Vibration Alarm
signal is activated. If this datum is not programmed ( No ), the
Vibration Alarm signal is activated based on the vibration value
(limit L3 exceeded).
Time upon which the acceleration value must be higher than the
acceleration limit
to activate the output of the Vibration Alarm
signal.
12.2.1.
Viewing asymmetric filter on vibration signal
Page B4 of the “Utilities” folder menu map (section 8.1, page 3).
Asymmetric filter on vibration signal that opportunely stabilizes the vibration value
read on display.
The vibration value is filtered in all the operating modes, but always and only out of
the balancing cycle.
T1 (Increase time). The programmed value represents the filter response time to a
sudden increase of vibration.
T2 (Decrease time). The programmed value represents the filter response time to a
sudden decrease of vibration.
