    If the input signal on your Mitsubishi Controller isn't turning OFF, it could be due to leakage current from the input switch. To resolve this, connect an appropriate resistor to lower the voltage across the input module terminals below the OFF voltage value. For AC input, it's recommended to use a CR constant with 0.1 to 47 F + 47 to 120 (1/2W). Another cause might be a limit switch with a neon lamp, in which case you can apply the same resistor solution or create an independent display circuit. Finally, leakage current from the wiring cable's line capacity could be the issue. The same resistor fix applies here, but note that leakage current isn't generated when the power supply is located on the input equipment side.

    The ERR LED on your Mitsubishi Controller may be lit or flashing because: - An error is being generated. Confirm the error code and take corrective action described in Section 8.1. - Intelligent function module setting switch 5 is set to "other than 0". Using GX Developer parameter setting, set intelligent function module setting switch 5 to "0".

    The RUN LED might be flashing or turned off if the mode is set to the offset/gain setting mode. Reset switch 4 of the intelligent function module switch setting for GX Developer to the normal mode.

    If you're using voltage output and observe a small load resistance of the connected external device and a long wiring distance, a voltage drop due to the wiring impedance and load current may be large, and the voltage applied to the external device is low. In this case, the factory default range setting may not satisfy the reference accuracy. Use User range setting and adjust the offset and gain values after wiring.

    If the analog output value is not in “HOLD” mode, check the Switch 3 setting of the intelligent function module switch setting on GX Developer. Also, if the Q66DA-G is used on a MELSECNET/H remote I/O station, take action, referring to POINT (2) in Section 3.2.1.
