Machine settings
Time zone
A time zone is a region that adopts the same time differences as the ones from the
Royal Observatory, Greenwich, England (from– 12 hours to + 13 hours), usually
regarded as standard time around the world.
Caller ID
Set this mode to ON to display the caller number (Caller ID) on the display while
the machine is being called. This is an optional service provided by your telephone
company.
NOTE
Print out the “Settings List” to ensure that your settings are correct. For details, see
chapter 1, “Checking the machine information” in the Administrator’s Guide.
Opening the user install screen

Press [Setting] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until My MFP menu
screen is displayed.

Press [Management].
If an administrator password is set, enter the password and press [Enter].

Press [User Install].
