Entering fax number

Press [Fax] on My MFP Menu screen.
If My MFP Menu screen is not displayed, press <Mode> repeatedly until “Fax Ready” screen is
displayed.

Enter the fax number using the numeric keys, and press [Enter].
•Up to 40 digits can be entered.
•Press [Clear] to delete the digit at the position of the cursor.
•Dialing options can be entered. For details on the dialing options, see “Dialing options” (page
3-10).

When there are multiple destinations, repeat step 2.
NOTE
When you press [Register] after entering a fax number, you can register the displayed
fax number in the address book. For details, see “Useful registration method 2
