7.4. Analog Monitors
 You may monitor the internal state of the Driver Unit by the outputs of MON1 and MON2 (Analog
monitor) on the front panel.
 The contents of the monitors are broadly classified into the following two categories.
 Nine types of preset monitor
 Analog monitors corresponding to the digital monitors via the RS-232C monitor command.
 The contents of the monitors are specified by the parameters: the parameter MN (First analog monitor) for
the output MON1 (First analog monitor) and the parameter MX (Second analog monitor) for the output
MON2 (Second analog monitor).
 Besides the contents of monitor, you may freely set the output data range and the offset value to the
monitored data.
