10.5. Repair Service
Please return the product when it requires service. In general, any repair service at the user’s site is not
available.
Please return us the NSK products only. When the NSK products are returned with jigs, cables or the like,
that are installed or attached to them by the user or a system integrator, NSK Ltd. shall not be liable for
loss or damage of these parts.
We presuppose that the returned unit for repair will be replaced with the new units.
The actual costs of examination, repair work, and parts generally exceed the cost of new unit.
